Vanice L. Antrum (She/Her/Hers) is a transformative leader committed to advancing equity, inclusion, belonging, and student success. She currently serves as the Director of the Multicultural Student Services Center at The George Washington University, where she leads efforts to foster connection across difference and cultivate inclusive campus communities. Guided by her commitment to diversity, equity, and justice, Vanice approaches her work as a thoughtful, intentional, human-centered leader focused on creating meaningful experiences and sustainable change.
Her professional background includes student activities, leadership development, and new student orientation, equipping her with a collaborative and cross-functional approach to student engagement. Vanice is passionate about uplifting historically excluded voices and supporting students and colleagues in reaching their educational and leadership goals. She holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Salisbury University. She has received multiple awards recognizing her impact in student affairs and diversity work.
