Lamont “Tory” Stapleton (37) is a beloved community builder, a passionate activist, a multi-dimensional creative and a well-connected lifestyle entrepreneur from Rahway, New Jersey. 

After studying and playing college basketball at Southern New Hampshire University, Tory moved to Los Angele to use his gifts to aid in solving societal issues, specifically those impacting the African-American community. He’s known for creating safe spaces, mobilizing his community and founding initiatives such as Bike Rides for Black Lives, a traveling bike protest founded in 2020, and most notably, Between The Lines, a prison non-profit founded in 2018 that provides recreational therapy, educational programming, reintegration services, and a platform for incarcerated individuals to tell their stories, control their narrative and shine a bright light on the prison industry. 

Tory continuously aims to find creative ways to bring people together and make the World a more peaceful experience for all.

Eric King is a strategy and operations leader with over a decade of experience driving complex initiatives inside Fortune 100 organizations, including seven years at Facebook/Meta. He specializes in product strategy, operational design and workforce systems, helping companies scale through periods of rapid growth. 

At Meta, Eric led large-scale workforce and product initiatives while also serving as a Global Lead for Black@, the company’s internal Black employee resource group, and founding Black Men@, an initiative focused on advancing support and representation for Black men. Through this work, he helped strengthen diversity efforts across the global employee base. He also developed and supported brand-aligned partnerships that connected the company with influential voices such as Tank and J. Valentine (R&B Money), Terrence J, Chamillionaire and Baron Davis. 

His work sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and cultural relevance, translating insight into durable partnerships and measurable impact.
