Graduate Student MHRM, 2026

I am a recent graduate of The George Washington University, where I earned a B.A. in Organizational Sciences with a minor in Psychological and Brain Sciences. I am currently continuing my education through GW’s 4+1 program, pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the GW School of Business. My academic interests center on people, workplace culture, and building environments where individuals can thrive. Outside of my professional and academic work, crocheting has become one of the most meaningful parts of my routine. I first picked up crocheting as a creative outlet to decompress from the demands of coursework and graduate school responsibilities. Over time, it evolved into a grounding practice that helps me slow down and be fully present. The repetitive rhythm of each stitch allows me to clear my mind and reset after long days of studying and meetings. Crocheting has not only helped me manage stress, but it has also reminded me of the importance of balance, creativity, and caring for myself while pursuing ambitious goals.
