Divya Benezette

Divya Benezette is an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at GWU. Her research will be focused on finding ways to modernize and diversify English curricula in higher education. She holds an M.S. in Professional Writing from Towson University. She is currently teaching Intro to Creative Writing at TU as an adjunct professor. She is a creative writer who is currently drafting a memoir about my lifelong connection to cats and animals as a whole. Her creative journey is rooted in poetry, and her poems are centered around feminism, nature, her culture, and injustice.
