Kayla DeSousa

Kayla is a student-athlete at The George Washington University, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics with a concentration in Real Estate. She is passionate about using analytics and data-driven insights to better understand markets, identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making within the real estate industry. What draws her to real estate is its ability to shape communities, drive growth and create lasting impact through both investment and development. Through her experiences across real estate development, asset management, risk management, property management and finance, she has developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving and I am eager to continue growing within the industry.
