Alison Dumas

My name is Alie Dumas. I am currently a senior majoring in public health and minoring in emergency health services at George Washington University. I have a variety of experiences working with different communities in the health sector, and I hope to pursue a career in public & global health, disaster management, and emergency medicine after graduation. Through my experiences, I have learned how to interact, communicate, and facilitate difficult conversations within different populations. Dealing with diverse patients and their needs, I have learned the importance of teaching public health, preventative care, and education in a broader healthcare setting.
